This fish soy sauce container hair clip is made of acrylic and inspired by the soy sauce container used when ordering takeaway or for bento (packed lunch). This iconic bottle was designed in the 1950s in Osaka, Japan, and it's called "shoyu-tai".
The hair clip is made of three layers of acrylic, and the black part that simulates soy sauce moves slightly inside the piece.
To clean your piece, you can simply wipe everything with a glass cloth or soft cloth. Acrylic can be scratched very easily, so keep that in mind.
The acrylics are made out of recycled acrylic from a local UK business.
